You will find this venue nestling in a stunning setting at the foot of Simonsberg in the shadow of the Groot Drakenstein Mountains. Some three hundred years ago the farm was a wine producing farm, and today fine wine is once again produced.
The Manor homestead was built during the same period, and ownership of the farm can be traced back to 1692. The farm was central to many historic occurrences in the area, but today this contemporary establishment presents the amalgamation of local culture, beautiful vineyards, unsurpassed scenic mountainous backdrop and luxurious contemporary offerings. Excellent food and wines fit the overall mood. Magnificent views of Simonsberg and the Groot Drakenstein Mountains further add to the fabulous ambience and serenity.
We can set up a later afternoon ceremony in the grounds of this magnificent establishment, following this you will be served champagne to celebrate, whilst relishing the view and having your photographs taken with the mountains and vineyards as backdrop. A special candlelit dinner menu will be organised for the newly weds, which can either be enjoyed in the Herenhuis Restaurant or on a perfect evening - outside on the verandah overlooking the vineyards and the Mountains.
